Xiaomi and BBK brands (OnePlus, Oppo, Realme) tend to offer the fastest charging times. For example, the OnePlus 10T‘s 150W charging solution takes the phone to a full charge in roughly 20 minutes. Even 65W charging on the Realme GT 2 Pro takes the phone to a full charge in around 35 minutes. You can also find brisk speeds on sub-$400 handsets, such as the Poco X4 Pro and OnePlus Nord CE 2.
There are still a few lagging brands though, such as Apple and Google. For example, the Pixel 7 Pro takes over 90 minutes to get a full charge. But you can definitely find ultra-fast charging handsets in your market if you look hard enough.
