Singtel to sell US digital marketing unit Amobee for $331 million

SINGAPORE (THE Enterprise Periods) – Singtel is marketing Amobee to Britain’s Tremor Worldwide for an organization valuation of US$239 million (S$331 million), previously mentioned the US digital media and marketing subsidiary’s carrying benefit of US$160 million.
